I just had an odd experience. COUNT your money after they put it thru the money counter in front of them. I will not be back to this location.
I get professional, efficient service every time I do in-person business at this branch. Daniella, Jennifer, Shela, Josue are professional and efficient!
They will have 6 employees behind the counter and still move slow second visit here same experience. Instead of asking an 80 year old man to launch his mobile app just help them instead.
This bank is always SO slow! Every time I go for a simple task it takes them forever. The employees often do not appear to have the knowledge to complete the tasks.
Just close all the banks, keep the ATMs and the phone app. People are nice - but useless. Commitments are not kept. Do not protect you from fraud. Check out the many complaints and 1 star reviews before you come here. It’s a brand problem. So they called acting like they wanted to fix something, but a week later only called back to tell me their same positions on fraud to my account. Worse than useless - they waste your time to prove they will not do anything but double talk.
