I was waiting for my replacement card, which I didnt get on time. I went to ask what went wrong. The rep locked my temporary card and then asked me to come back with my passport. Idiot.
The staff here are caring for their customers. Since most of the customers here are students of UTA, the staff seem to be understanding and patient.
