I went in to get a voided check and had to wait a while due to a mix up. I was a little irritated for having to wait. Pat and Kevin helped me and were the nicest people. They apologized several times even though it wasn't their fault. I am so impressed with the way they took care of me. By far the best wells fargo branch I've ever been to.
You’re better off going to a different branch or a different bank after my two experiences today at this branch.
Not enough staff to take care of clients. Waited 35 minutes to be told I would have wait at least another 15-20 min. There was no one else to help me. Very dissappointed.
Not alot of people there, very nice though
