I went to create a new bank account. They were not friendly at all and told me to make an appointment online and come back. Even when I asked them to just make an appointment, no one helped them and they were not at all interested in the customers coming to the bank. It was a very unpleasant experience.
On 6/8/24 my card got skimmed, I didn't find out till Monday when checking my mobile app to make sure I had money to make a purchase, find out I have almost $1000 dollars stollen from my account, I call the 800 number and immediately get the fraud department and not the normal menu when calling in, I had no alerts of any kind from wells Fargo about the fraud but their systems knew. Call in on 6/10 make claim against what looks to be 50 charges to my account, they credited me $200 out of the $1000 that was stolen and refuse t... read more
Always a ridiculous wait inside. I do not have an account here but I have regular checks written to me. These tellers are completely untrained and can't seem to comprehend the simplest of tasks.
