I am very disappointed with the service I received, specifically from the employee named Hose. I visited this store with the intention of opening a business credit card, after being strongly encouraged to do so by this employee from the business department. I trusted his guidance and followed his advice. However, the outcome was that my application was decline, and, to make matters worse, I received new inquiry without any valid reason.

Came in to apply a higher interest rate to a savings account- literally advertised on the screen in the lobby. The teller Said we needed to make an appointment with the banker, who was fully booked. Manager was sitting in his office playing on his cell phone. Useless… Every money market fund at a brokerage is paying half a percent more, creating zero incentive to leave any money at all with Wells Fargo.

I Love the customer service at this branch I had went to three different locations attempting to open an account thankfully Joshua made the process easy for me He was very knowledgeable and fast I will continue coming to this location for my business even if I do have other locations closer !
