The day I went I sat in the drive through behind one car for over 30 minutes. No idea what was going on
Love this bank, I’ve been banking with them Forever and are very nice and understanding
Other than the ATM fee of $3 it was good. My bank lets anyone use an ATM with no fee, but I wasn't near my bank. I think charging an ATM fee is ludicrous. You did no work to give me the money. So basically I am paying $3 to a machine. SMH. You are better than some others though who are now charging $3.75. Why is there a fee?? What did you do to help me and better still the ATM is not an employee. I hate this crap. I did all the work and you want me to pay you for pushing some buttons????
I just spent a ridiculous hour of my life at this Wells Fargo branch location. I was there to help a Wells Fargo customer who was given an 8-day hold on a check I had given him and that my bank confirmed had cleared. The branch manager Radhames had earlier said my signature didn't match the one other signature on my bank account that had ever been presented to Wells Fargo (which was probably my wife's signature), but then my passport and drivers license wasn't enough to verify the signature with me there in person.
