It was empty. I got in and I got out. I was surprised that the drive-through is closed at 3:30p on a Wednesday. I’ve never been to this particular WF before.
Walked in bank 1:00 on a Wednesday ( bankers hours) they REFUSED to close my account, stated " needed an appointment " then proceeded to ask me tons of questions, asking Why I wanted to blose my account.
I’m currently at the branch receiving excellent service, but I’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews on Google. Oh my god, the amount of negativity is overwhelming! What surprises me most is the management’s silence. Why isn't the bank's management reaching out to these customers to resolve their issues? It’s disappointing to see such a lack of engagement from management despite the great work being done by the staff on the ground
I thought this branch was closed! It seems like every time I go it’s closed, and the ATM is closed too. No matter what time, or day, it looks like a ghost town. Also, they made the amount of windows minimal. There are two, and always a line because they downsized too much!
