You have to listen to the banker to display the checking, savings, credit cards, IRA and all of their products during the process to open one account. The banker is not familiar with their products and terms, thus the banker refuses to help when something is wrong with the eligibility of bonus. The banker just want you to open their accounts as many as possible but no good service is offered later. The door was unlocked that's the one star...my husband is disabled walking standing is hard.He chooses to pay inside . Walks up to handicap window a man is sitting there the man tells him use another window.because his screen isn't on. He was asked could he hand it over for him ,no wouldn't do it. I’m sad , depressed and hurt by the treatment of a Latino customer on this past Friday!! I have never been that mortified by a company I work for!! Customer came in at 4:45 and had a serious problem with his account!! I as an employee tried to help the customer!! I went into the branch today to get money out of my checking account and I was told by the teller who was a Middle eastern man that I cant get my money because my money that was in my account wasnt actually in my account which made no sense being as tho I am a former employee of Wells fargo and know that isnt a real thing.
