Undependable! No ATM on the weekends and other random times. I only need the ATM once or twice a month, and more than half the time it’s out of order. I end up having to cash a check somewhere. Currently looking to change banks. You should too if you rely on your banks atm. Can you really trust a bank that constantly has software issues? Beware!!!! Update: I went to the atm on the following days and it was out of order — January 17, 2026 evening January 18, 2026 early afternoon January 20, 2026 late afternoon
They don't care about customers..my mom lost card while she had stroke in hospital they wouldn't come there so she could sign papers to add to me so I can pay her bill.her rent was due and other bills and she order a new card and it never showed up after a week after it supposed to show up they won't over night a card and for her to add me she has to show 2 IDs and me and I take care of her nothing on my name no debit card and her card that she cancelled they said she can't use .
