I’m currently at the branch receiving excellent service, but I’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews on Google. Oh my god, the amount of negativity is overwhelming! What surprises me most is the management’s silence. Why isn't the bank's management reaching out to these customers to resolve their issues? It’s disappointing to see such a lack of engagement from management despite the great work being done by the staff on the ground
I thought this branch was closed! It seems like every time I go it’s closed, and the ATM is closed too. No matter what time, or day, it looks like a ghost town. Also, they made the amount of windows minimal. There are two, and always a line because they downsized too much!
Undependable! No ATM on the weekends and other random times. I only need the ATM once or twice a month, and more than half the time it’s out of order. I end up having to cash a check somewhere. Currently looking to change banks. You should too if you rely on your banks atm. Can you really trust a bank that constantly has software issues? Beware!!!! Update: I went to the atm on the following days and it was out of order — January 17, 2026 evening January 18, 2026 early afternoon January 20, 2026 late afternoon
