For opening an account, I had to make an appointment. That's fine. Then the second day when I went there after scheduling an appointment, there was no one to help me. The person who was supposed to be there called me earlier in the day and I missed her call and when I called back no one picked up and there was no option of leaving a voice message. You have to listen to the banker to display the checking, savings, credit cards, IRA and all of their products during the process to open one account. The banker is not familiar with their products and terms, thus the banker refuses to help when something is wrong with the eligibility of bonus. The banker just want you to open their accounts as many as possible but no good service is offered later. The door was unlocked that's the one star...my husband is disabled walking standing is hard.He chooses to pay inside . Walks up to handicap window a man is sitting there the man tells him use another window.because his screen isn't on. He was asked could he hand it over for him ,no wouldn't do it. NZp was in line .Supervisor was called NO HELP..walk around he was told .finally she called police my husband was handcuffed. Put in police car.. Finally was released . Complained to Wells Fargo.
