I have to say that my experience today at our local Wells Fargo branch was wonderful and refreshing! My wife and I have had Wells Fargo accounts for over 20 years. The person (Ms. C from Deming NM), who took care of my transaction was very charismatic. Called Wells Failure to see if offering any incentives to new customers and all I got was a recording that demanded a card number.
