I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received today, August 5, before 3pm. The manager, who is also Latina, was shockingly rude and dismissive when we asked about the requirements to open an account. As a Latina myself, I was particularly disheartened by her behavior, which was a poor representation of our community's values of respect, kindness, and hospitality. Hello! This branch has the worst customer service! I came just to notarize a Wells Fargo document. First, they tell me only one notary and need appt. Ok Fine. Two days later, I came back the notary was off. Ok I get it. Think about getting a 2nd notary.
