Walked in at 11:56am to open an additional account and they refused us because they close at 12pm so taking my business somewhere else
Today we were served by Yulaxis and Jenny, they explained everything very well. Excellent service and good treatment from all the staff.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received today, August 5, before 3pm. The manager, who is also Latina, was shockingly rude and dismissive when we asked about the requirements to open an account. As a Latina myself, I was particularly disheartened by her behavior, which was a poor representation of our community's values of respect, kindness, and hospitality.
