They spend to much money on the interior of the bank and how it looks than they do hiring enough bankers to assist people. No such thing as a walk in with them and on line appointments is a joke. They only allow 6 appointments a day and with hardly anyone there its no wonder customer service is so bad. Wachovia was a far better bank. And Wells Fargo...don't respond to this comments....I don't want to hear anymore from you.
Service was excellent and branch was busy. Went in today (Saturday) for a cashiers check and was greeted by Amani. She was wonderful - very friendly, helpful and efficient. I haven't been inside of an actual bank since the pandemic started, most still aren't open, so it was a very pleasant experience for my first time back!
Don’t bother trying to get anything notarized at any Wells Fargo branch. They want your money deposited there, but don’t want to be bothered with customer service.
I’m always happy with my services here at this location in mechanicsville . Especially with the lady who was working today at drive through. She is very friendly and super cute .
