Mario was the worse banker I’ve ever ran across! I just moved to the area not even a week ago and went to get change for my job. I inserted my card as I bank with Wells Fargo, he then said I have a fraud alert and started to go down the list after I notified him my card is turned off. He asked for my ID to verify which I understand. During the whole process he huffed and puffed like he was irritated or didn’t like his job. Terrible service. Took 20 minutes to be helped. Will not be back to this branch!
