I feel very unhappy with the Wells Fargo staff at that branch. They didn't want to serve me, they were lazy people, there were no people to serve and I needed to make an appointment... instead I went to another company and they served me quickly, very kindly and without an appointment
I was disappointed with the slow service at the drive-thru. There was only one person working, which made the process very slow. I couldn't understand why no one from the front could help out at the drive-thru to speed things up. It seemed like the manager wasn't proactive in managing the situation, as they could see that the drive-thru was packed but didn't provide any assistance. Teamwork is crucial in situations like this, especially at a bank. It's frustrating that this seems to be a common occurrence.
