Had a good experience here. Tatyanna was friendly and super efficient.
I have been inside this branch three times in the past 2 months and the service in the lobby has been very slow, even with no other customers in the bank. Today I was the only customer and I deposited two tax refund checks, a very simple transaction, and it took approximately 8 minutes. I never mind waiting when a business is busy.....the staff are pleasant enough here, always friendly....not sure what the issue is.
