Same thing one to two tellers and a line of 10 people this bank is cheap they don’t want to hire people
Bottom line: Avoid this branch at all cost. The Wells Fargo vibe of this location is not good at all. And their style of operating screws up! When you step in, no reception. Only few tellers and 3 bankers sitting at their desks. What drove me nuts was that although I booked an appointment online and confirm it via SMS, they still canceled my appointment just because sb else walked in before I did. Wish I would have read the reviews. I make an appointment only to wait 20mins then was told it will be another 30-45mins before they are available
The manager Asian and cashier Asian too are super lazy they spend their time talking Or in their phone although they have a lot of people to serve
