If I could give zero stars I would. Last week I attempted to deposit $1000 into the atm. It is a common practice because I dont like having to wait in a long line just to deposit money. As I slid the money into the atm, it got stuck! The atm started to malfunction and an error message came up on the screen. I tried to reach in to pull my money out but the deposit door came down and locked my money inside the atm! To make things worse, the bank tellers told me that there was nothing they could do!!! Your manager is not helpful they back out into thier office instead of helping the waiting customers in line ,, act like they are busy but are just talking , ask for proof of certain things and dont know what they accept, no bilingual help for a customer who is bilingual and just over all bad expierence in these banks. Improve or you will keep losing customers.
I love this bank because of it’s helpful employees. Tiffany is always wonderful to work with and makes my banking needs enjoyable.
