Dontbank at Wells Fargo deposited a check now they won't put it in account gave number to call 2 days in a row they transfer me and put me on hold for hours I am on hold why write this message over a hour again.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at the Wells Fargo branch located at 440 Monticello Ave, Norfolk, VA 23510. On 5/18/2023, I attempted to deposit a sum of money into an ATM located outside of the branch. The ATM jammed and my money was not deposited. I received an email from Wells Fargo stating that they were aware of the issue and would investigate. The email also stated that it could take up to 10 days to resolve the issue.
