Is this location closed, I went there today at 9:15 had to pay somebody to take me to make a deposit since I have already sent that text only to find a sign that says close to increment weather with no further opening time.. it was sunny outside and no problems on the road should I be moving to another bank
Worst cusromer service ever. They dont take the time to actually help amd they go rhrough the motions.im a disabled veteran of 16 years and was a Senior Chief. Harold wants to walk around in his fancy shoes and talk o me ike hes my dad, you are welcome for yoyr freedom. I will npt be preached too. I told ypu what i needed and you wasted my time. Absolutely terrible experience, was told I needed to book an appointment just to open up an account fine, came in 20 minutes late for the appointment the next day and was told it's "too late" and absolutely no customers was in the bank, fine I'm too late I get it, but I drove up the street and opened an account zero hassle or appointments was needed and was treated 10x better.. this location is trash and has this "we don't need you" type of energy
