It has been my bank for a few years, and I have always been very happy with the service and assistance I’ve received. It is a bank you can fully trust. We have always been able to rely on Mario at the Venice Island, FL branch. I am very happy with this bank.
Very kind and helpful employees. I came in a half hour before closing which I hate doing to buisnesses but it was really important and I appreciate their patience. The location is convenient and the ATM faces Palermo. There is not a drive-through but if you need one the closest is Venice Ave off the island.
Sign says ATM but there isn't one.
The absolute best customer service in any bank I have ever experienced. Personal banker, George, was patient, caring and considerate in dealing with my 82 year old mom. I could not thank him enough.
Don’t waste your time, they’ll give you an appt and then leave you waiting for two hours to be seen. We made a 3:30 appointment, waited 45 mins to be seen and then were told it would be another 45 mins-1 hour until someone could make the time to help the customer in front of them. Then just don’t make an appointment in the first place?? Unbelievably disrespectful of our time.
