The absolute best customer service in any bank I have ever experienced. Personal banker, George, was patient, caring and considerate in dealing with my 82 year old mom. I could not thank him enough.
Don’t waste your time, they’ll give you an appt and then leave you waiting for two hours to be seen. We made a 3:30 appointment, waited 45 mins to be seen and then were told it would be another 45 mins-1 hour until someone could make the time to help the customer in front of them. Then just don’t make an appointment in the first place?? Unbelievably disrespectful of our time.
I’ve been banking at this branch for 15 years! And the biggest reason is because of Kasey Whaley. She’s professional, attentive, kind, and ALWAYS makes me feel special. I make it a point to go into the branch when I can just so she can brighten my day. Thanks Wells Fargo for having such an awesome team member, and thanks Kasey for always being awesome!
The laziest most entitled bank tellers I have ever encountered, they think they can keep acting like that towards customers with no repercussions? Haha, oh so very wrong.
