They take an extremely long time for a single transaction....
Normally when a bank has bad reviews it's better not to go there, but this one was a pleasant surprise, the people that works here are super friendly and they are really eager to help you, no matter what is your problem...they treated me amazingly and helped me with my issue with no issues at all
Definitely need better management. I had to wait 20 minutes for a roll of quarters that apparently had to be taken out of the vault yet magically appeared after the managers were done with a more important task
