I was helped by Melissa today as I was upgrading my credit card. She was so informative and helpful. I’m so pleased with the service and excellent way she was able to explain very clearly everything. The Venice Avenue branch has always been exemplary!
Maria did a super job navigating what was needed to accomplish our task. She hit many road blocks, but, she pushed on and got the job done. She stayed past hours along with her supervisor and they worked together to make me a satisfied customer. And they did it with professionalism and smiles on their faces. I have never had a bad experience at this bank. Highly recommend the bank and their dedicated staff. Thanks again Maria for all you did during our 3.5 hour time together. You rock.

I'm an account holder, stopped in as I needed something notarized. The teller greeted me warmly, told me that someone would be with me shortly as everyone of the desk staff were occupied. I sat there patiently, one of the agents finished up with her customer, then walked right past me across the lobby to gab with one of her colleagues who was still with someone else, and when they left those two just sat there talking.
