The staff was unusually nice and polite, without actually providing any help in the branch. I was instructed to bring a photo of my ID since it was lost. I was able to recover a photo of the ID come Monday and was told everything would be alright. Josh switched gears and explained that he can’t use the photo I provided him because he now needed a hard copy of the drivers license, instead. I have never been to a bank that has more problems with their ATM then this Wells Fargo. Today was just the icing on the cake when they had BRINKS out at the ATM with a very big attitude, shoeing me off, saying I have to leave because he's shutting the ATM down, wouldn't let me wait to deposit my cash. 7/10 Times when I go to use the ATM here, it's not working for some reason. The BRINKS employee was just flat out rude.

Waited for over 30 minutes to get someone to attend me. And then when a banker did, she told she wasn’t authorized to do notaries. Meanwhile another banker who could do it was just sitting there and didn’t even bother to attend. Bad customer service.
