Avoid Wells Fargo. Miserable experience trying to open account. The banker did her best, wasn’t her fault, but something in the system just wasn’t right. Bad part was that the experience seemed very similar to when I tried to do this many months ago online, so this time thought I would do it in person. I told the banker upfront the situation from last time, and she saw no problem, but then almost the exact same thing happened. I was helped by Melissa today as I was upgrading my credit card. She was so informative and helpful. I’m so pleased with the service and excellent way she was able to explain very clearly everything. The Venice Avenue branch has always been exemplary!
Maria did a super job navigating what was needed to accomplish our task. She hit many road blocks, but, she pushed on and got the job done. She stayed past hours along with her supervisor and they worked together to make me a satisfied customer. And they did it with professionalism and smiles on their faces. I have never had a bad experience at this bank. Highly recommend the bank and their dedicated staff. Thanks again Maria for all you did during our 3.5 hour time together. You rock.
