I'm an account holder, stopped in as I needed something notarized. The teller greeted me warmly, told me that someone would be with me shortly as everyone of the desk staff were occupied. I sat there patiently, one of the agents finished up with her customer, then walked right past me across the lobby to gab with one of her colleagues who was still with someone else, and when they left those two just sat there talking. The staff was unusually nice and polite, without actually providing any help in the branch. I was instructed to bring a photo of my ID since it was lost. I was able to recover a photo of the ID come Monday and was told everything would be alright. Josh switched gears and explained that he can’t use the photo I provided him because he now needed a hard copy of the drivers license, instead. I have never been to a bank that has more problems with their ATM then this Wells Fargo. Today was just the icing on the cake when they had BRINKS out at the ATM with a very big attitude, shoeing me off, saying I have to leave because he's shutting the ATM down, wouldn't let me wait to deposit my cash. 7/10 Times when I go to use the ATM here, it's not working for some reason. The BRINKS employee was just flat out rude.
