Customer service is not their forte. This is the slowest bank I have ever worked with. Every transaction at the teller station takes forever. Which is why there is usually a wait. If you want to see a banker, forget it unless you have an appointment. An appointment is not required at any of the other banks I do business with. Employees are very nice, but I believe it is the bank or the branch policies that make everything a major hassle.
