No customer service. Nobody to help ,long wait i had to walk out
I liked opening the account, but now I am sorry. I went in today to deposit a check and the line was so long I knew I'd be there no less than 90 mins and probably closer to two hours. Then I called to ask a simple question but apparently that is not allowed. They have moved so far away from a personal approach that I am unhappy with Wells-Fargo now.
