I'm a premiere customer. Entered branch needed notary. Sat in lobby for 30 minutes never greeted or acknowledged by staff. Went to teller line and asked for service. Teller said scan card make appointment. Closing accounts moving them to different banking system. Also since post Wells Fargo was going to look into. As of now no one has contacted us.
