Not our home branch (where they know us, and always greet us by name), we were welcomed warmly, and received prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Despite our need for a specialized service, we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. There's a reason we've been banking with Wells Fargo for nearly 30 years--at the branch level, their customer service is exceptional.
