Terrible customer service. Bunch of people there not doing anything. Always trying to seem busy. Better to do all online.
I went in to cash a check that was drawn on this bank. It took nearly an hour. I had proper identification and I live nearby. I left with half of my cash and a cashier's check nearly an hour later. I had to wait while they made numerous phone calls. When I went to cash the cashier's check...same thing. Extra long wait for a cashier's check. They did not value my time. They relied more on their preconceived notions of others. There is no real commitment to customer service for ALL customers.
I wanted to open an account at this location. I was planning to put in an amount that was safe. I don't want to exceed the FDIC insurance limit. No one answered after 22 minutes on the phone.
