The wait I have experienced at this drive up teller is unacceptable. I’m currently sitting in my car waiting for the teller to finish this transaction. It’s been 20 minutes.
The worst customer service from the cashiers to the manager 😡😡😡
This morning, the teller Nathanial did not greet us or speak to us during our transaction. Perhaps having a bad day? This is a job that requires pleasant customer service. We will find another branch.
I live about 25 minutes away, I got two Wells Fargo within 7 and 10 minutes away from my house but I prefer to go to this location. Great service, and very helpful.
