I live about 25 minutes away, I got two Wells Fargo within 7 and 10 minutes away from my house but I prefer to go to this location. Great service, and very helpful.
Came in to set up a bank account. Called hours before and was told I can come in anytime as they had “no appointments scheduled so it will be no problem@“ When I came in at 1:30 I saw all of the bankers at one desk shooting the crap, bottoms sitting on the desk top, doing nothing. When I went to the teller I was told all of the bankers were busy for the day. I don’t know how these things work but I went down the road to a different bank. Cherise is the slowest most unfriendly teller I have ever seen. She was so slow I felt compelled to write this review. It took her 20 minutes (wish I was exaggerating) to enter 2 deposits and grab change. She wasn’t new either which I could understand. Rest of the staff is great especially Nathaniel.
Closed my account after 20 years due to lack of integrity and honesty this bank has. They steal from their customers ALL THE TIME!!!!! Just today an employee at wells fargo headquarters was found dead inside her cubicle and was found 4 days later rotting away right inside their evil bank and no one noticed!!! Shame on you WF
