The worst customer service from the cashiers to the manager 😡😡😡
This morning, the teller Nathanial did not greet us or speak to us during our transaction. Perhaps having a bad day? This is a job that requires pleasant customer service. We will find another branch.
I live about 25 minutes away, I got two Wells Fargo within 7 and 10 minutes away from my house but I prefer to go to this location. Great service, and very helpful.
Came in to set up a bank account. Called hours before and was told I can come in anytime as they had “no appointments scheduled so it will be no problem@“ When I came in at 1:30 I saw all of the bankers at one desk shooting the crap, bottoms sitting on the desk top, doing nothing. When I went to the teller I was told all of the bankers were busy for the day. I don’t know how these things work but I went down the road to a different bank.
