I had a great experience with Wendy Cooper at the Cheshire Bridge location. She was informative, kind, and patient while helping me resolve all my questions about opening new checking and savings accounts.
I had an appointment scheduled for opening an account there but when I arrived (on time) no one paid any attention to me, all 3 clerks were busy with customers. Geez if you can't manage your own workload, why would even bother with forcing customers to set appointments? I just waited for 20 mins and seeing situation not changing, I left without opening an account. Probably for good lol
Neither ATM ever works. Annoying and inconvenient
Yup, stopped in today to get something notarized but it was simply too complicated for them to handle. one page, my signature, valid drivers license in hand... Despite having been a Wells customer for decades, I'd switch banks if wasn't such a pain...
