This is my favorite bank. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend
This is the 3rd time in about a year where Wells Fargo has completely wasted my time. It's not so much this branch as it is the corporate people who support them. I won't go into all the details of the 3 different fiascos that occurred but they have convinced me that the corporate support people are completely and utterly incompetent. I've been with WF for 40 years but after these 3 problems that they created i am now likely going to find a new bank.
Not happy with this branch for many reasons.
I have been a business banking wells client since 2016. Yesterday was the first time I have experienced anything like this... The outside atm had a glitch and said I have gone over my daily limit when I have not made any withdrawals recently. I walked right into the branch and was immediately referred to the banker named Jesse Macias. Of whom I was told is the manager and he is new which is why he does not have a card..
