Not happy with this branch for many reasons.
I have been a business banking wells client since 2016. Yesterday was the first time I have experienced anything like this... The outside atm had a glitch and said I have gone over my daily limit when I have not made any withdrawals recently. I walked right into the branch and was immediately referred to the banker named Jesse Macias. Of whom I was told is the manager and he is new which is why he does not have a card.. Although, I have a feeling they gave me his wrong name so I can not file a formal complaint, but anyway.. ... read more
