Missed old days that you walk in the bank, wait until a representative call you to take care of your business. Now, you have to make appointments and so many aggravation. I walked in the bank, urgent problem, after 30 minutes of waiting could not see me, mean while 2 associates specially the manger standing and talking. No of them had time to say hello. Old days, when you walk in the bank, Mr. Kim, manager will get up and greet you and ask what we can do for you. This standard has died.
This is my favorite bank. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend
This is the 3rd time in about a year where Wells Fargo has completely wasted my time. It's not so much this branch as it is the corporate people who support them. I won't go into all the details of the 3 different fiascos that occurred but they have convinced me that the corporate support people are completely and utterly incompetent. I've been with WF for 40 years but after these 3 problems that they created i am now likely going to find a new bank.
Not happy with this branch for many reasons.
