Today I went to this Wells Fargo branch to cash my check, and I had an extremely upsetting experience. The woman standing behind the teller counter her name was Mariann ,I’m not sure if she was a teller, banker, or manager, but her behavior was completely unacceptable. She was one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. The customer service she provided was the worst I have ever experienced at a bank. Carlton at Wells Fargo was wonderful to work with. He was very friendly, had a great smile, and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. His customer service was excellent, and he took the time to make sure everything was handled smoothly. I truly appreciated his help and would gladly recommend him.
There seems to be shortages at most banks, for a long time , everywhere ,at every bank. What matters is how you are treated with who they have. At this branch, everyone is working hard and very friendly and they make sure you leave knowing you’ve been helped! I travel to this branch even though there are closer WF ‘s near me. They are the best!
