My mom went to cash a check off her checking account. They asked for her drivers license, so she gave them that. Then they asked for her cell phone number to to send her a text with a code. My mom is 89 and doesn’t text so she couldn’t find the code on her phone. Then they asked if she had a credit card. So she had to give them that.
