Leo was amazing. He helped me and my husband and was so sincere and professional/polite.
Drove up to the commercial window to withdraw. The lady “helping” me walked away after giving me the withdrawal sheet. I pressed the call button and eventually someone else came to take the sheet and my ID/card. I’m actually writing this review from my car because they left me waiting so long. This location has no respect for your time!
Todo fue excelente, desde que llegue a la sucursal y fui recibido por la manager Rebecca Huerta quien estuvo conmigo platicando sobre los productos ofrecidos por el banco. Después pase con Erick Mendoza quien me atendió super profesional y me ayudó a abrir la cuenta que necesitaba. Todo el servicio en esa sucursal es ampliamente recomendado. Worst Customer Service! Fabiola helped me with my transaction with a really bad attitude! She got mad because I mispelled something! I guess she got mad because she had to fix my error who knows.
I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment to open a business account and arrived on time. When I walked in, the banker chose to help a walk-in customer first because they “just needed to print something.” When I explained that I needed to leave by around 1:45–2:00, I was told that opening a business account takes an hour, but instead of respecting the appointment time that had already been reserved, the response was essentially that the walk-in customer would still be helped first.
