I was in this branch today. I agree with the other reviews. The customer service was horrible...it is ashame that corporate will not step in with ratings this low.....im sure ill get a generic reply which will never be followed up on. This is ashame
This is the most unorganized slowest branch of any bank I have ever seen in my life 22 minutes with one car in front of me so I moved to the other line sent my deposit in and I'm still waiting now 26 minutes this is the worst bank boycott this place that's why they're reviews are 2.5 I can't even see why they're that high this is like the special Olympics
Tellers are extremely rude, 10/14/25 2:30 PM act like they’re doing you a favor. I don’t mind waiting, but the fact they can’t even look you in the eye and say “they’ll be right with you” is so infuriating. You don’t need a lesson in hospitality to know that. Branch lobby feels like a fast food place, have to beg to be helped for a simple deposit.
Why in the hell have yall started limiting deposit slips, this is totally outrageous . I had to beg for 2 in case I made a mistake. I’m a business and I need more than one! Who’s STUPID idea was this!
