Worst Customer Service! Fabiola helped me with my transaction with a really bad attitude! She got mad because I mispelled something! I guess she got mad because she had to fix my error who knows.
I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment to open a business account and arrived on time. When I walked in, the banker chose to help a walk-in customer first because they “just needed to print something.” When I explained that I needed to leave by around 1:45–2:00, I was told that opening a business account takes an hour, but instead of respecting the appointment time that had already been reserved, the response was essentially that the walk-in customer would still be helped first. The branch closest to my home was shut down and I was forced to use this location which is the closest to me and have had the worst experiences dealing with this Branch when you go to the window inside it seems to take the other tellers so long to finish whatever business they're doing behind the counter while more and more people are lining up in queue and not to mention when going to the drive-thru seems like it takes longer than if you were to actually go inside
