Service is always a little slow here in the afternoons
I pulled up to the Commercial Window, and wasn’t acknowledged. After 5 min, I decided to press the “call button” to which someone then walked over and asked me how they could help me. I know the lady was annoyed that I pressed the button by the look she gave me. I gave her my deposit, she took it. Said nothing. While waiting, the lane next to me was moving quickly. Longest wait times in the history of banking. Always "understaffed" and "we're so sorry", but that doesn't cut it. If you come to this branch, be prepared to wait....a really long time.
This is the slowest branch in the city. Every time I visit it takes a minimum of a 45min wait. That is with 1 or 2 people in line! After waiting 30 minutes, 1st in line, I asked for help because I needed to leave, and they showed no interest in my inconvenience or issue. I left not completing my business on that visit. Go to another branch unless you like horrible experiences.
