I had my home mortgage through this bank and I re-financed with another bank last month I received a letter says my refund from my escrow would arrive around the first week in July upon returning from my sons emergency surgery still nothing so I called and was told it never was sent out due to a auto payment I called and canceled was processed 3 times and now I was told by 3 different bank employees it was mailed out on Friday July 8 and today is July 15 and still nothing!!! Martha P Ponce never returned my calls regarding a fraudulent check, that I was intimidated and corroressed to redeem at your bank and I am appalled, that I would be considered as a citizen of the United States of America and then keep in the dark about the whole ordeal, then act like nothing mattered in my personal or public life! @musiccritic11
