I recently experienced issues enrolling in the Wells Fargo mobile app, but Valerie, a bank teller at this branch, provided exceptional assistance. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I highly recommend this branch for its excellent customer service!
Very helpful staff. I broke their atm machine and the were so helpful. I felt horrible but they were nice and didn’t make me feel bad for making a huge mistake.
I recently visited this Wells Fargo branch and had an incredibly disappointing and distressing experience that left me feeling discriminated against.
