Absolutely terrible legit I went to try to make a payment for my auto loan and the person that help me was rude for no reason. She also did not tell me if my card gets declined I can't try again and made me wait again on the line when she could have told me that before I went to fix the declined transaction. I believe someone is spoofing the phone number from this bank to try and scam people (and yes, it matched the direct line to this bank; so basically if I called that number it would have had no connection to wherever the caller called from.) The bank would have been closed (late evening on Saturday closed at noon,) and when called they didn't leave a voicemail. They stole $1000 from us. We are 77 and 73. We opened an account several years ago and did not use it for a long time. I understand the law but they claim they sent us a letter. Neither of us recall receiving the letter. However they did not say they sent any follow up messages and we deny they did. We have been in the same address as when we opened it.
