Thank you so much for keeping an eye our banking activities. The SPIKE in SOMEONE's attempt to shop at literally 100's of dot coms using my card was a HUGE RED FLAG!! Glad my card has a chip in it and WELLS FARGO is diligent!! Everybody knows I am not a big shopper!! Wells Fargo saved us from a LOCAL THIEF. Use cash when you can -- Call in for delivery to your home -- make it CASH! Drive through window - make it CASH. Get back to the OLD SCHOOL way and hope you are not the next victim!
Had a wonderful experience at the Rowlett branch. I have banked with Wells Fargo for over a decade and have always been pleased with their service. My husband and I have had to travel a lot for his job and we have been to Wells Fargo branches all over the country. Rowlett has the friendliest and most generous staff that we have seen. :)
