I think I got the best service ever from the best Bank Manager I ever encounter from from any Bank in the US! Mr. Joe Ramirez-Gutiérrez went out way BIG TIME to help me out & resolve an issue I had regarding WF & Desert Financial bank. He didn't have any Bankers at the time to help me & after a small explanation from me of what I needed; he sat down with me & not only help set up what I need to set up on my WF app. He also took the time to help me fix and set up what I needed to get done in my Desert Financial app even thoug... read more
The staff at this branch are always friendly and helpful. This is also the only branch serving the Cave Creek area on Saturday.
Why do Wells Fargo’s not have drive up windows anymore!?! Super aggravating!!! Ready to switch banks. The teller said there was not enough drive up traffic so they eliminated it. Here’s a better solution… I’ve seen in other banks the teller is inside helping people and works the window too. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to get out of the car at 115 degrees because Wells Fargo can’t come up with a better solution than just discontinuing their drive up window.
HORRIBLE! ZERO STARS. Your workers are lazy and incredibly ignorant. Hire those who are capable of being in a customer service role.
