Went there today to get change for a couple of 20s and they ask me if I have an account with them,Really???Then they make me stick my chip in the card reader to be sure I guess that I have an account!!!Makes me angry that all that time consuming bs just to get change! Btw unfortunately I do have 2 accounts with this bank!I give this bank a big 👎

They didn’t to open an account for me since they were about to close .. i was at the branch at 04:30 and they don’t close untill 5 .. they also didn’t want to cash a wells fargo check unless i open an account!!
