Working with the people at this branch is like reaching into the bottom of a porta-pottie to retrieve your cell phone when it is 110 outside. The STINK does not go away. A family member has an account here, and even when I have the bank card, they make it the worst experience to GIVE them money!!! I am doing all I can to get the account changed to a different bank. Rude people that have zero customer service skills.
Send a spotter in to 655 W Thunderbird Rd Phoenix 85022. The rudest people alive work there. Went in for some change for a tenant in the strip center they occupy and I was told under no circumstance would she give me change if I did not have an account with them and she will not make any exceptions. The woman was the coldest person I have ever encountered in my career. I am a PR specialist and I rarely write complaints but Wells Fargo is a place I would never bank all because of her.
