Fully staffed but wouldn’t pick up the phone. Visit the branch and a lot of people who definitely aren’t busy enough to be avoiding calls. Want to charge you money for temp checks. I’ve had it with this bank.
Disappointed that(cannot even finish my sentence) !! I cannot just walk in and open a joint account? You need any appointment for that??? 🤔 time to go to a different bank?
Terrible service—I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They couldn't resolve the issue with my investment account and just told me to call the hotline.
