After seeing the video of your bank manager lying through her teeth. Your bank is one that I would hate to do business with.
Upon arriving to open a checking account I was told to have a seat. A banker came out to assist someone who arrived after me then a few minutes later informed me to open a checking account I'd need to make an appointment and there are no more appointments available today. 100% will not return

Deposited an IRS Refund Check eight days ago and they are still holding my money and refusing to clear the check! Some BS about needing to make sure the check is good. Really? When you call to see what the problem is the phone just rings and rings. No wonder WF had a lousy reputation. This account has been open for 5 years and they can't clear a US Government Check. Terrible bank.
