Good service
Deposited an IRS Refund Check eight days ago and they are still holding my money and refusing to clear the check! Some BS about needing to make sure the check is good. Really? When you call to see what the problem is the phone just rings and rings. No wonder WF had a lousy reputation. This account has been open for 5 years and they can't clear a US Government Check. Terrible bank.
Very lazy staff, walked in 15 minutes after they open to open a new checking with them and deposit a large check, they could not be bothered and stated I could come back 9 days from now with an appointment and they could help then as they were busy, 3 tellers at the counter, 3 managers in their offices 1 single customer inside an office and 1 single customer in the drive thru. I would say that is lazy, not busy.
