This is a fantastic Wells Fargo branch that cares so much about, and delivers such great service to, its customers! It’s the best best place we’ve ever had an account.
Wife’s CD matured. Seems like it should be a simple online move to one of her other accounts Wells Fargo accounts. But, alas, not to be. So we travel to the branch at Publix on Palm Beach Blvd. … sorry you need to make an appointment. Ok, so we do. And we arrive 2 min early. That was an hour ago and we are still WAITING. Unacceptable. Worst bank EVER.
Stood at the counter for 20 mins just to be told hold on longer.... worst service possible. A gas station is likely to cash your check faster.
