This Bank and the staff at this bank are by far, and I mean by far, the best bankers I have ever dealt with. As a 55-year-old man from Michigan and a business owner for over 30 years, I have dealt with many banks. Poor customer service. Not enough employees even to answer a phone call. Beware of doing business here.
The management at this bank is horrible. I went in to have something notarized. I was told by the manager that I had to make an appointment or I would wait an hour or more for a banker. I drove about 3 miles down the road to Truist bank. TRUIST DID IT IMMEDIATELY!!!! I did not need to wait for a banker. The teller was able to do it in seconds flat. Wells Fargo was always a nightmare and always insist that you need a “banker”! Lazy manager! If you want something notarized, Truist “tellers” gets it done on the spot!
