Seriously, simple stop prior before heading to work, just trying to make a quick withdraw in person! With my ID, my full social, my phone verification, and most important of all me in person! Still take almost 40 mins citing security risk of protecting me! What? Protecting me with all my identification given? Instead of would have been on time to work, I was 30 mins late to work! Unacceptable!! This reminds me why I don’t like Wells Fargo, not just this branch, all of their branches is the same

I wish to commend The branch Manager, Nicole Horton, Associate Personal Banker, Crystal Soto, and Branch Operations Coordinator, Eliezer Alicea for their efficiency in what they do and their great Customer Service. I had to handle a task that was very difficult for Me due to the death of My Mom. They made what Was difficult very seamless for Me.
