Staff goes the extra mile...literally she ran outside IN HEELS to return something I left on the counter. And the gentleman at the counter was so patient and efficient with the little lonely old man who just wanted to talk about his weekend plans. Great customer service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
I can’t tell you how many times my wife and I call this bank and no matter how many times you call or any Wells Fargo in this city nobody will ever pick up the phone and the branch not one person. It is so irritating that you always have to call the 24/7 800 number to get any type of assistance.
