Worst Bank/Branch you can think of. One star is too much. They advertise that they are here for us, what a joke! I noticed that these jokers have real issues depositing large amounts, especially insurance checks after Ian. I had a frustrating experience with this bank. I urgently needed to make a wire transfer to close on a property, but they were unable to assist me because they were busy training a new employee. Extremely disappointing customer service when I needed them most!

This Bank is typically a little slow but I don't mind that because the lobby is open on Saturdays. Very helpful and professional staff.
Absolutely disappointed with Wells Fargo... I spent my entire lunch hour there today, trying to deposit money into my daughter's account for her dental work, so she didn't have to use her credit card. I finally got to Brittany's window (far right station), just to be told that I wasn't allowed to deposit money into someone elses account.
