Update 6/27- Karla, the Branch Operations Manager was very kind and helpful today. We’ve mostly received good customer service at this location but recently, one of their bank tellers, Pamela, has been borderline rude and aggressive for no good reason. The other tellers are always very friendly and personable.
I am a Wells Fargo bank customer for over 20 years I did the same operation for the past few years with all the tellers , they were very nice with no problems or issues a few months ago I went to the bank to do the same transaction I been doing it for years and one of your teller her name is Melissa Garcia just refused to do it she was very rude and mean about the whole situation .
