Terrible managerand terrible customer service here. I wish we have Chase bank, I would change my bank right now. The old women (I guess manager) should be retired
I have not had any issues with this bank. I use the SW branch. It does scare me with the stories I here about this bank. Had a financial advisor tell me to get my money out of this bank. But so far I have not had issues.
9:15 AM. NOT a banking holiday. Recording "Bankers at this branch are not able to answer the phone". Same recording at 2 other Rochester branches.
