I walked into the Wells Fargo bank at 200 Congress Avenue Boynton Beach , Florida yesterday the teller name Madonna let me deposit $550 cash and then I have a $85.80 money order that was blank from Western Union asked her how I should fill it out to deposit it into my bank, she said print my name in the pay too area sign my name at the bottom as purchaser flip it over and sign my name to endorse it. Worst customer service. One teller 10 people in line 3 employees watching
The bankers and operations manager here are super lazy. They usually close at 5 pm on weekdays, I came here at 4pm sharp after work to add someone to an already open account and they told me they were no longer taking people for the day with an hour left to spare and no one else waiting… fast forward a few months later I visited again today because this is the closest/ most convenient location for me I simply needed a few months of bank statements printed out.
