I went to the Wells Fargo at 200 N Congress Ave in Boynton Beach. Bare in mind I have been a customer for 14 years. Tried to deposit a check and they were extremely dismissive, questioned me on the nature and purpose of the check, then told me to go sit down as they disappeared in back for several minutes. Eventually they came back out and started interrogating me again and said they would not deposit the check unless I told them the nature of the check and the purpose of the check. This writing is based on certain false opinions that I have seen about this Wells Fargo office and I see disturbing behavior in certain clients who attack the office staff. Last week I was waiting in line to be served and I could see how a customer in front of me offended a cashier and showed her finger of her right hand in a obscene manner, in adition to taking a photo of her without her consent.I also understand that the use of cameras inside the bank offices is prohibited.
