I walked into the Wells Fargo bank at 200 Congress Avenue Boynton Beach , Florida yesterday the teller name Madonna let me deposit $550 cash and then I have a $85.80 money order that was blank from Western Union asked her how I should fill it out to deposit it into my bank, she said print my name in the pay too area sign my name at the bottom as purchaser flip it over and sign my name to endorse it. The bankers and operations manager here are super lazy. They usually close at 5 pm on weekdays, I came here at 4pm sharp after work to add someone to an already open account and they told me they were no longer taking people for the day with an hour left to spare and no one else waiting… fast forward a few months later I visited again today because this is the closest/ most convenient location for me I simply needed a few months of bank statements printed out. This bank doesn’t have enough money to cash a 25k check we needed for a closing. Absolutely ridiculous. The teller called the Canyons location and was sitting on hold for 10 mins. I decided to call myself and in less than 30 seconds had someone on the phone. The teller from the canyons location asked me how much the congress location had. What kind of a question is that? Every time I go to Wells Fargo on woolbright and federal hwy theres a wait time like 20 mins plus every time I come here and nobody cares there seems to be always 1 teller too it's insane some of us only gets 30 mins break and if it takes that long who has time to eat remember this is the wellsfargo on woolbright and federal hwy
