I have generally had positive experiences with Wells Fargo, and several employees have been helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. However, my recent meeting with Joe Gifford was extremely disappointing. I scheduled the appointment under the impression that we would be reviewing my financial plan and discussing ways to improve my financial situation. Today only one teller open in lobby...Two other workers talking about the copy machine and looking at me standing in line waiting ....Customers are more important than a copy machine in the lobby.
