All I can say is that Branch Manager Jennifer Lee Laman is AMAZING! Had an issue that needed to be worked through with Wells Fargo Card Services and Jennifer went absolutely above and beyond in terms of kindness, advice, and helpfulness with us, and patient persistence with the person she spoke with on the phone.
