All I can say is that Branch Manager Jennifer Lee Laman is AMAZING! Had an issue that needed to be worked through with Wells Fargo Card Services and Jennifer went absolutely above and beyond in terms of kindness, advice, and helpfulness with us, and patient persistence with the person she spoke with on the phone. The banker Laura was very helpful and well informed! She had me in and out in 20 minutes.
Avoid this branch. The rank and file employees are fantastic and go out of their way to help. The manager prefers to stand behind other employees in her designer clothing with her keys around her wrist as they work and she "supervises." Often a long line of customers waiting but she will not lift a finger herself. This was my third visit to this branch and the exact same experience.
All my experiences with this branch have been excellent! Devonya Thomas is stellar as the Small Business Banking professional, and everyone I have seen there is always willing to help. Previous negative reviews seem to be older, so I can't speak to those, but I have had only positive experiences recently and will continue to bank at Wells Fargo and to use this branch office.
