Today only one teller open in lobby...Two other workers talking about the copy machine and looking at me standing in line waiting ....Customers are more important than a copy machine in the lobby.

Why is this bank personally calling me asking me is my address still the same and come to renew my deposit Ms Hope.Please dont call me and also I dont go to this branch because the people there have poor customer service and the line always too long.I will never come to this branch again and im not happy that Ms Hope called my phone.Im closing all my accounts with you today I no longer want to bank with Wells Fargo.Ms Hope I really dont appreciate your tone and the call GOODBYE WELLS FARGO
