Lupe is the WORST!!! Coming to this branch for years to make my daily deposit(business account)Was told by Lupe that for all transactions we will need to provide ID. I asked when this so called policy was implemented and that I never received any updates on deposits. She couldn't answer my question. I think ill carry my passport and make them have to write all my info and make the drive thru line wait.
0 customer Service. Had an appointment at 1 pm, got there before my time. The representative was not ready to help us. Someone else tried to help … but he was kind of lazy, and didn’t help at all. Ask us to have so many papers… when the necessary was with us. His name was Jimmy
