My experience today at Wells Fargo located at 11990 Hialeah Gardens Blvd., was very disappointing. I tried to use the outside ATM device and it took my card and kept it inside. I entered the facility and mentioned the incident to a bank officer who never looked at me or said: Sorry for the inconvenience. He just said: You have to sit. Fui a esa oficina para retirar dinero de mi cuenta y que me entreguen en monedas y la gerente que decía llamarse María López de muy mala manera, de una forma malcriada y poco amable, me dice que no puedo ir a ese lugar y pedir que me den dinero cambiado, entonces le pido su nombre y prepotentemente me dice que es la gerente. Esta Sra cree que está en algún país del centro o Sur América, donde no se exige un buen trato, no se ubica que está en EEUU donde los clientes nos merecemos el debido respeto
