My experience today at Wells Fargo located at 11990 Hialeah Gardens Blvd., was very disappointing. I tried to use the outside ATM device and it took my card and kept it inside. I entered the facility and mentioned the incident to a bank officer who never looked at me or said: Sorry for the inconvenience. He just said: You have to sit.
