I am a Wells Fargo customer and had an appointment for 3 pm to notarize a document. After 30 min waiting in the lobby no one from the bank workers even greeted me, they’re just walking around ignoring everyone waiting in the lobby. What’s the point of scheduling an appointments then? Don’t even bother going to this branch.

I think this is the worst Wells Fargo branch. They make you waste your time. The staff lack professionalism and don’t seem to know what they are doing. It’s unbelievable how they ignore their customers. You can see bankers sitting in their chairs doing nothing while the lobby is full of people waiting for service. This branch should be closed immediately.
