I would like to give them 0. Please do not go there they are not educated and do not know how to take care of costumers. I will leave Wells Fargo they are not working as they were used to work some years ago.
I went to the branch on Lake Avenue for the second time. The first time I didn’t have an appointment but the website said I didn’t need an appointment. I was told at the branch to make an appointment so I did for the following day. When I arrived I was not greeted as the other patrons when I walked in. They DID NOT honor my appointment the whole experience was terrible. I believe that the person her name was Audrey was racist. She was not helpful at all. By the way my name is Norman my appointment was March 28th 2023
Only bank to have a person let me open a bank account in person. Thank you!
