Promised after promises. I have been asking for a month for a copy of a check that was cashed and no responsivess. A nightmsre. The worst service branch.
They never answer the phone. Always is the machine voice.
The manager and employees are very professional and courteous. This Wells Fargo branch helped with a difficult situation.
Unsafe customer base. Why have the teller windows if they are not going to be staffed. Unpleasant staff. Exceedingly long wait times.
