Your employees are rude and don’t know how to treat people. This is someone who works for you calling a potential customer a horrible name
Wells Fargo playing some shady games when trying to transfer an IRA out to to another organization, use caution with this company. The track record shows legal issues and I think this is the next legal issue. When they send you a packet, acknowledge they received it but then request the same information saying it was missing. Its not much but at 3 cents a month interest, keep sending me the paper statements.... Cost you more than my time is worth!
It’s funny how this bank has been stealing money from customers for years and then when they get sued for it, they CONTINUE to practice fraudulent activities at their own discretion.
Ive been a long time customer of wells fargo but this is more disheartening than anything else when you find out that a teenage girl is missing since december 13th from acworth ga and wells fargo is holding part of the keys and dragging their feet getting vital information to law enforcement to help bring this girl home where she belongs.
